Care Instructions

Proper care will help protect your personalized product and keep it looking its best. Please follow the instructions for your item’s material and decoration method.

Engraved Tumblers and Drinkware

  • Hand-wash with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft sponge.

  • Dry thoroughly after washing.

  • Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, and rough scrubbing pads.

  • Do not soak for extended periods.

  • Avoid dropping or striking the tumbler against hard surfaces.

  • Keep the lid and removable parts clean according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Hand-washing is recommended unless the original product manufacturer specifically states that the item is dishwasher-safe.

Engraved Wood Products

  • Wipe clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth.

  • Dry immediately after cleaning.

  • Do not place wooden products in the dishwasher.

  • Do not soak or leave them in standing water.

  • Keep away from extreme heat and prolonged direct sunlight.

  • Apply a food-safe wood conditioner when appropriate.

Engraved cutting boards may naturally develop marks and color changes with regular use.

Acrylic Products

  • Clean gently with a soft microfiber cloth.

  • Use mild soap and lukewarm water when needed.

  • Avoid abrasive cleaners, rough towels, alcohol, and ammonia-based products.

  • Do not bend, drop, or expose acrylic to excessive heat.

  • Store flat or upright in a protected area to prevent scratches.

Glass, Slate, and Stone

  • Hand-wash gently using mild soap and warm water.

  • Avoid sudden temperature changes.

  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or rough scrubbing tools.

  • Handle carefully to prevent chipping, cracking, or breaking.

  • Allow the item to dry completely before storing.

DTF-Printed Apparel

  • Wait at least 24–48 hours before the first wash.

  • Turn the garment inside out before washing.

  • Machine-wash in cold water using a gentle cycle.

  • Use mild detergent and avoid bleach or fabric softener.

  • Tumble-dry on low heat or hang to dry.

  • Do not iron directly over the printed design.

  • Avoid dry cleaning unless the garment label allows it.

Embroidered Apparel

  • Turn the garment inside out before washing.

  • Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.

  • Use mild detergent and avoid bleach.

  • Hang dry or tumble-dry on low heat.

  • Do not pull loose threads.

  • If ironing is necessary, place a cloth over the embroidery and use low heat.

Important Notice

Always follow the original manufacturer’s care label when it provides more specific instructions. Product finishes and materials may vary, and improper cleaning, excessive heat, harsh chemicals, or normal wear can affect the appearance of customized items.
