2. Can you create a completely custom design?

3. What materials can you laser engrave?

Depending on the product, we may engrave wood, coated metal, acrylic, leather, glass, and other compatible materials. Because engraving results vary by material, please contact us before placing a custom order.

4. Can I provide my own item for engraving?

Customer-supplied items may be accepted depending on the material, shape, condition, and engraving requirements. Each item must be reviewed and approved before work begins.

5. Is there a minimum order quantity?

Many personalized products can be ordered individually. Minimum quantities may apply to certain business, embroidery, apparel, or bulk orders. Contact us for details about your specific project.

6. How long will my custom order take?

7. Do you offer bulk or business orders?

Yes. We create custom bulk orders for businesses, organizations, events, employee gifts, and promotional needs. Volume pricing may be available depending on the product and quantity.

8. What type of artwork should I submit?

For the best results, submit a clear, high-resolution file. Vector formats such as SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF are preferred for logos and engraving. High-quality PNG files with transparent backgrounds may also be accepted. We will let you know if your artwork needs adjustment before production.
